The Croydon International Film Festival (CIFF) is proud to announce that film submissions are now officially open for our inaugural festival, taking place from the 9th to the 20th of November 2026.

This marks an exciting milestone in a journey that has been more than a decade in the making. What began as a vision to establish a world-class film festival in one of London's most diverse and creative boroughs is now becoming a reality, and we are inviting filmmakers from around the world to be part of this historic first edition.

At its heart, the Croydon International Film Festival exists to celebrate exceptional storytelling in all its forms.

Whether you've created a thought-provoking documentary, a compelling drama, a laugh-out-loud comedy or a groundbreaking animation, we want to discover the stories that move audiences, challenge perspectives and spark conversation.

CIFF has been created not only to showcase outstanding films but to provide genuine opportunities for filmmakers to connect with audiences, industry professionals and fellow creatives.
