Becky Vicars - Visual Effects Artist
The Croydon International Film Festival (CIFF) is delighted to announce that Becky Vicars has joined the festival as an official Patron.
As we continue to build a festival that celebrates creativity, innovation and world-class storytelling, we are honoured to welcome Becky to our growing family of patrons. Her outstanding career in visual effects and animation, working on some of the biggest film productions of recent years, represents another exciting step in our ambition to connect aspiring filmmakers with leading professionals from across every discipline of the screen industries.
With more than seven years of professional experience in the visual effects industry, Becky has established herself as a highly accomplished Visual Effects Artist and Animation professional, specialising in previsualisation, postvisualisation and visualisation for major feature films.
She currently works with Proof Inc, one of the industry's leading visualisation studios, after graduating from Middlesex University with First Class Honours. During her studies she received both the Executive Dean's Prize for Outstanding Achievement and the John Walker Prize for Outstanding Academic Achievement, recognising her exceptional talent and dedication.
Her career has seen her contribute to an impressive list of internationally recognised productions, helping filmmakers visualise complex sequences before cameras even begin to roll. Her credits include:

As a Patron, Becky brings an important perspective to CIFF, helping to highlight the diverse career opportunities available within the screen industries and inspiring the next generation of artists, animators and visual effects professionals.
By welcoming professionals from every corner of the industry, from directors and producers to editors, composers, cinematographers and visual effects artists, CIFF aims to provide audiences with a deeper appreciation of the collaborative process that lies at the heart of filmmaking.
